They are a singer/songwriter band. Oh my gosh. This song is so GREAT. It’s folksy/Indie goodness. The fact that it’s about the South adds to the awesomeness, mentioning places like Nickajack, Cumberland plateau, Athens, and of course Birmingham! I love it. So… the new No Doubt album is slated for release the day BEFORE my 25th birthday, AND the new J. K. Rowling novel is being released the day AFTER my 25th birthday. It’s safe to say that this year’s birthday is going to be epic; I don’t usually mean epic when I say it, but I mean it this time.
